Hi there! My name is Matt Montana and I walked the path that probably many of you are on today. No savings and a 9 to 5 job that left me just enough to pay my bills. In order to combat the competition set up of your home and listing is important to attract guests and maintain a strong rating. Aren't there a lot of risks with short-term rentals? How do I protect myself?
There are risks with anything! We have an entire section of training on short-term rental insurance options to make sure you are covered. Additionally, we teach you how to structure your pricing in such a way that you always have some cushion in the event of unexpected expenses or situations. Most importantly though we teach you all the tricks to avoid these scenarios.
Aren't a lot of locations limiting or banning short-term rentals? What happens if regulations for my area change?
This is true - some cities have implemented regulations and restrictions, or completely banned them. These regulations and restrictions can make it more challenging for hosts to operate, but are designed to protect the interests of both the community and the property owners. We are constantly updating our members on any changes in local regulations & how to comply with them in order to avoid any issues. We encourage you to do some research on the area you are considering, but also know as part of our application process we make sure you are in a location that we can assist with.

You don't, but I can tell you this... I have walked the walk and now I am able to talk the talk... confidently. And I will teach you just that.
